A clearer space for rebuilding to begin
Removal scope agreed
We identify every element to take out and the features that must remain.
Services checked first
Known utility positions are reviewed before walls, floors or structures move.
Follow-on ground prepared
Clearance can lead into excavation where the next stage needs it.
Remove only what the next stage doesn't need
Selective demolition is about taking out the right material without turning the retained space into a second job. We carry out smaller demolition projects and internal strip-outs for commercial clients, builders and householders. Work can include internal walls, stairs and floors, along with sheds, garages and similar structures. We establish exactly what must be removed, what remains and where nearby services may run. Controlled dismantling and clearance then leave the area in a more useful state for later renovation, building or groundwork.

Define access, services and waste before starting
Photographs and a clear removal list help us assess an enquiry, but access and retained structures are equally important. We need to understand service locations, available loading space and the likely volume of waste before choosing the method. Our experience includes internal strip-out work and demolition of a weighbridge with its associated building. Once the agreed structure or internal elements are removed, we can clear the area and, where required, continue into excavation or site preparation for the next planned stage.
Frequently asked questions
What types of small demolition can you carry out?
We handle selective internal removal such as walls, stairs and floors, plus smaller external structures including sheds and garages. Suitability depends on construction, services, access, retained elements and waste handling.
What do you need before assessing a strip-out?
Provide photographs, drawings if available and a list of everything to remove. Mark retained walls or features and share known service locations, access dimensions and any limits on noise, loading or working times.
Can you clear the area after demolition?
Yes. Controlled dismantling and clearance can form part of the agreed scope. We can also assess excavation or ground preparation needed afterwards, giving the next building stage a clearer and more practical starting point.
